Opportunity International Savings and loans was yesterday, November 9, 2018 adjudged the Savings and Loans Company of the year 2018 at the 2nd edition of the Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards 2018.
The company beat competition from Bayport Savings and Loans, Commerz Saving and Loans and Firsttrust Savings and Loans.
At the event, Opportunity International also emerged as the Best in Customer Service at the Savings and Loans category.

The Ghana Accountancy and Finance is organized by Strategic Accountancy Africa in partnership with Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, National Pensions Regulatory Authority and endorsed by the Ministry of Finance to recognizing individuals and companies that play a significant role in the development of the accounting and finance sector while recognizing the key functions within the industry that promote standards and excellent stewardship.
At the Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards 2018, Special Recognition Awards were given some outstanding individuals for their role in Accountancy and Finance sector. They included;
